Description

The CORE‑550‑BLE is a Bluetooth-enabled digital manifold designed for commissioning, servicing, and the diagnosis of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Featuring a high‑visibility LCD display, 200-hour autonomy, and double‑O-ring piston valves, it delivers precision, user comfort, and field durability. Its AI‑Tools mobile app (iOS/Android) enables real-time monitoring, refrigerant database updates, report generation, and graphical measurement visualization. With four ¼″ SAE ports (one with a valve) and a dual central port, it allows simultaneous connection of a vacuum pump and refrigerant cylinder.

The additional pressure port positioned on the central line of the manifold allows you to simultaneously connect a nitrogen bottle or a refrigerant cylinder in addition to the vacuum pump connected to the other central port. By using hoses equipped with shut-off valves, the CORE-550-BLE can therefore be used in the same way as a 4-way manifold.

Yes, it is very easy to update the refrigerant list directly on the device via the AI-TOOLS app, available for both iOS and Android. By connecting the device to the AI-TOOLS app via Bluetooth, the user can quickly and easily select new refrigerants and import them into the manifold within minutes, without a PC or cables.

  • P/T mode is the standard mode that allows reading system and probe pressures and temperatures, as well as calculating superheating and subcooling.
  • VAC mode is a simplified mode for monitoring vacuum drawing performed by the device’s HP pressure sensor. More precise than the analog vacuum gauge of a vacuum pump, it allows measuring vacuum down to approximately 10 mbar. For the most demanding professionals, it is recommended to use an independent vacuum sensor, such as the LINSTRUMENT VGW-760.
  • HOLD mode is very useful for performing a nitrogen pressure test on a system before commissioning. This mode is also temperature-compensated, which cancels the effect of ambient temperature on the test results.
